Chase is a consumer-advocacy service that follows up with companies on your behalf. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to chase your dispute.

What we collect

  • Account details — your name and email, used to sign you in and keep you updated.
  • Dispute details — what you tell us about your case: the company, amounts, reference numbers, your description, and any documents you choose to share.
  • Counterparty contact info — the company contact or email you provide so we can reach them.
  • Correspondence — messages we send on your behalf and the replies we receive, kept on your case timeline.

How we use it

  • To follow up with companies on your behalf and keep an organized, plain-English record of your case.
  • To notify you when something changes — a reply, a status update, or an action you need to take.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

AI & automated follow-up

Chase uses automated systems, including AI, to draft messages, summarize replies, and schedule follow-ups. When we contact a company on your behalf, we disclose that an automated assistant is reaching out for you. Chase is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Service providers

We share data with vendors strictly to run the service — for example hosting and database (Supabase), deployment (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and AI processing (Anthropic). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention & security

We keep your case data while your account is active so you can track and reference it. Access is protected by authentication and row-level security so you can only see your own cases. You can delete individual cases, or your entire account, from your dashboard at any time; deleting your account removes your cases.

Your choices

  • Access and update your details from your dashboard.
  • Delete a case, or delete your account, at any time.
  • Contact us to request export or deletion of your data.
