Chase

Terms of Service

Last updated May 2026

These terms govern your use of Chase. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read the important disclaimers below.

What Chase does

Chase follows up with companies on your behalf — sending polite status requests, capturing what they say, and telling you what to do next. You authorize each case before we act, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Not legal advice

Chase is not a law firm and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Nothing here creates an attorney–client relationship. We pursue polite status follow-ups only; we do not threaten litigation or represent you in legal proceedings. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.

Your authorization

When you authorize a case, you confirm you have the right to pursue the matter and permit Chase to contact the company on your behalf by email. You agree the information you provide is truthful and that you will not use Chase to harass anyone or for any unlawful purpose.

Acceptable use

  • Use Chase only for disputes you are genuinely a party to.
  • Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Do not use the service to harass, threaten, or defame.

Plans & billing

The Free plan allows one active dispute. Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance and renew until cancelled; you can manage or cancel your plan from your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

No guarantee of outcome

Chase improves your odds of a timely response, but we cannot guarantee any particular result, recovery, or timeline. Outcomes depend on the company and the facts of your case.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chase is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be noted by the “last updated” date. You can stop using Chase and delete your account at any time, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
